Gisele Bundchen: Born on July 20, 1980 at 5:00pm in Tres de Maio, Brazil

No matter what you think of their respective but sometimes controversial industries – football and modeling – Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are at the top of their game. Tom is the stylishly handsome quarterback of the New England Patriots with five Super Bowl rings, including three wins, after 11 seasons as a starter on the team. His stunningly beautiful wife, Gisele, is an internationally known and recognized model, producer, actress and businesswoman who has graced over 600 magazine covers in her career so far – second only to Princess Diana. Together, they make a handsome couple who are not just physically attractive, but also seem to have a happy marriage and home life with their two children, Vivian and Benjamin. They live on an estate in the Brentwood section of LA, where they grow their own fruits and vegetables for their vegan lifestyle. Sounds idyllic, doesn’t it?

But let’s look at their charts and see where the magic happens! Both Tom and Gisele are Generators; Gisele has her Emotional Solar Plexus defined and Tom does not. They met on a blind date set up by friends of theirs. And as they say, the rest is history. Was it fate or was there a spark that just couldn’t be ignored? Or both?

If we look at Gisele’s chart, we see an Emotional Generator with a lot of open centers – which have the potential to make her a very wise being as she gets older. We’re already seeing evidence of this as she manages her career, home life and philanthropy in a loving and gentle way. She only has two channels defined – the Channels of Reproduction & Mating and the Channel of Mutation. And her Incarnation Cross is the Cross of Laws. Together, these indicate that she’ll be making a difference through her creativity and her children, helping the planet to evolve over the next few decades, but doing it in a way that is observant of the rules and norms of society. She won’t be a rabble-rouser; more likely a very vibrant, caring and committed force for change in the world as she moves the needle on the things that she cares about.

Tom’s chart is also quite open, as he only has four centers defined. His channels are the channels of Talent (the combination of Enthusiasm and Depth) and Rhythm (always being in the flow) – quite a potent combination for a man who makes his living by throwing the ball consistently in just a certain flow during each game. Tom is the “sensitive” one in the relationship with the Gate 19 sitting prominently in his Incarnation Cross. It’s the kind of energy that would have Gisele come to his defense when something goes wrong, for example, by protecting her “sensitive” guy when he’s hurting. And with the Gate 57, he’s also quite Intuitive on the field and in life. Both Tom and Gisele have the Gate 35, the gate of Change, which we’ve nicknamed the Gate of the Jack of all Trades! It’s the kind of energy that allows them to try many different things and be pretty good, if not excellent, at anything they put their minds to. They also both have the Gates of Intuition, Aloneness – which makes them fiercely loyal to each other – and the Gate of Opinions. But they also both have Open Heads and Ajnas, so overall they’re quite open-minded and likely to come up with very unique answers to any challenges or issues they come across.

If we put their charts together, there are four places in the chart where their gates match up – which we call electromagnetics, and this is where the magic happens! And they happen to be very interesting “hook-ups” in the chart. Together, they’ve got the Channels of Transmission, Resources, Synthesis and Beginnings, Middles and Ends, and they seem to use each of these to great advantage in their relationships and businesses. The Channel of Transmission is also called the Channel of the Salesperson. Tom has the gate of finding the right people, opportunities, business partners, etc., while Gisele has the gate of closing the deals with integrity. Nice!

Then in the Channel of Resources, Gisele has the gate of Abundance – making money – while Tom has the Gate of Allocation of Resources, the energy of figuring out how to save and spend the money. This is always a lovely combination to see in any couple, because it’s a tangible result of the synergy of the energies. It’s an observable effect and they seem to be handling this energy quite well. In addition, it’s one of the tantric channels!

In the Channel of Synthesis, Tom has that Gate of Sensitivity – including a love of animals and nature – while Gisele has the Gate of Principles. Together this is a very tribal energy that ensures the health of their relationship and allows them to work together on the same causes. It’s the kind of energy that helps a spousal business to work for years and years, while other people ask how they can work side by side like that and not fight. This is how.

Finally, in the Channel of Beginnings, Middles and Ends, Gisele has the energy to get things started and Tom has gate to get projects finished. You can just imagine Gisele get ideas for many projects, starting them, and then Tom gently guiding the energy to get them finished. And together, they have the ongoing Generator energy to finish anything that they determine is worth their time and energy.

Overall, these are the Human Design charts of two people who seem happily ensconced in their family and careers who are really meant to be doing exactly what they’re doing. It seems like they are following their strategy as Generators to get exactly what they want for themselves, their extended families, and their successful business and philanthropic ventures.
